A : 8 am - 9 pm
If you want a body scrub or massage, you can get it without any reservation if you arrive at the store within the time below.
A: あかすりやマッサージをご希望のお客様は、下記の時間内にお店にお届けいただければ問題なくお受けいただけます。
9 am - 7 pm (for gentleman, 男性)
8 am - 7:30 pm (for lady, 女性)
Q : Do I need a reservation?

A : We currently do not accept reservations and provide the services you want in the order you visit in person.
Even if you can't start the package you want right away, you don't just wait, but use the sauna and bathhouse for an hour or two, so our staff will check the time and guide you. Adding an hour to two hours of spare time to visit the package you want is the best way to enjoy the sauna and bathhouse and receive the service you want. (For example, you might have best experience if you think you will spend about 3 hours and half in our place if you choose "Insadong spa package".)

A : No, we don't provide a pickup service.

A : Customers who use the package don't need to bring anything. Everything basic is provided.
Customers who only use the facility can purchase shampoo, body shampoo, and hair rinse, etc when entering.

A : No, you can use the public bath without wearing anything. Unfortunately, it's hard to let you wear it as an exception.
